The Problem
The $500B Productivity Crisis
Organizations are drowning in tool sprawl and losing context faster than they can create it. Three forces are converging to make this an urgent, structural problem.
Fragmented Tools
Enterprises use ~1,000 apps with only 28% meaningfully integrated. Knowledge workers spend 1.8 hours/day (9.3 hrs/week) just searching for information across systems.
Knowledge Evaporation
Without reinforcement, humans forget the majority of new information within hours. When employees leave, context leaves with them. Decisions lose their 'why.'
The AI Labor Shock
AI executes faster than humans but only on the context it can see. Most tools treat AI as a feature, not a first-class workflow participant. Fragmented inputs = unreliable outputs.
The Product
The Ecosystem for Human-AI Work
One platform. Zero context switching. Everything synced, searchable, and intelligent. Scribed consolidates fragmented productivity stacks into a single ecosystem where humans and AI agents work side by side.
Intelligent Meetings
AI bots auto-join Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams with real-time transcription, speaker identification, and 40+ language support. Every meeting produces summaries with extracted action items linked to the right contacts and projects.
Power Dialer & AI Calling
Built-in power dialer with call recording, metrics, and analytics dashboards. Provision phone numbers directly. AI agent calls handle automated outbound at scale. Every call is transcribed and linked to contact records — no manual logging.
Full-Spectrum CRM
Unlimited contacts, visual deal pipelines, lead distribution, contact enrichment, and analytics dashboards. Meetings, calls, and messages are auto-logged to records. Integrated booking pages let prospects self-schedule.
Team Chat & Collaboration
Slack-level channels, DMs, threading, bulletins, pinned messages, and chat tasks — built directly into the workspace. Every conversation is tied to contacts, projects, and files. No siloed messages.
Project & Task Management
Kanban boards with AI copilot, milestones, time tracking, and priority management. Tasks created from chat messages, meeting action items, or notes — every task carries the conversational context that created it.
AI Assistant & Knowledge Graph
Context-aware AI that searches your entire workspace — transcripts, contacts, files, deals, messages — with source citations. AI email generation, smart suggestions, universal search, and workflow automation.
Booking & Scheduling
Public booking pages with RSVP, customizable event types, and availability management. Personal and team booking links with Google Calendar sync. Replaces Calendly entirely.
Smart Storage & Files
200GB file drive with AI-powered semantic search and file chat sidebar. Ask questions about any document and get instant answers. Rich-text notes with AI summaries included.
AI Email Automation
The power dialer equivalent for email. Fully automated AI-driven outbound and follow-up sequences integrated with Resend and Google via SMTP. Every email is tied to contacts, deals, and conversation history — no manual sending.
Autonomous AI Agents
Fully autonomous AI agents hosted on dedicated VPS instances, commanded and orchestrated through the Scribed platform. Agents execute complex workflows end-to-end — research, outreach, data entry, follow-ups — without human intervention. Coming soon.
Integrations & API
Google Calendar, GitHub, Slack, Asana, Pipedrive, Vercel — with more coming. Developer API with API keys and webhooks for custom integrations. Browser extension for quick access.

True Unification
No Zapier chains or brittle integrations. All components are native and context-aware from day one. Data flows automatically.
Contextual AI (Patent-Pending)
AI understands relationships between meetings, tasks, deals, and conversations — not just isolated inputs. It knows what was said, who said it, and what happens next.
Human + AI Workforce Model
Tasks can be assigned to AI agents or humans within the same workflow. Prepares organizations for the AI labor transition rather than resisting it.
Fastest Time-to-Value
Start with transcription, expand to PM/CRM as you grow. No rip-and-replace migration required. Immediate ROI from day one.
Global-First Design
40+ language transcription and translation built into the core platform, not added later. Designed for remote-first, async-friendly, distributed teams.
Enterprise-Ready Architecture
Role-based access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, SSO readiness, and compliance-oriented design from inception.

What Is a SAFE Note?
A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is a standardized investment instrument created by Y Combinator. It lets you invest now and receive equity later — when a priced round, IPO, or acquisition occurs. SAFEs are the most common instrument for early-stage startup investing because they're simple, founder-friendly, and investor-protective.
Valuation Cap
The maximum valuation at which your investment converts to equity. Book a demo to discuss current terms and valuation cap details.
Discount Rate
A percentage discount applied to the share price at the next priced round. Early investors receive up to 50% discount, meaning you pay less per share than later investors.
Conversion Trigger
SAFEs convert to equity upon a qualifying event — typically a priced equity round, IPO, or acquisition. No maturity date, no interest, no debt.

Our Story
Born in a Boiler Room
Sepehr and Vincent met in a boiler room — a high-pressure call floor where deals were made in seconds and context disappeared even faster. It was chaos dressed up as productivity: dozens of disconnected tools, no shared memory, and every conversation lost the moment it ended.
Sepehr, the son of Iranian refugees, had been engineering since age 13. He'd built and shipped products from a secondhand ThinkPad, launched businesses across LA and online, and saw the boiler-room problem as something solvable with software — not another tool, but a system. He raised the first $100K solo, wrote every line of code, and became both the builder and the first customer.
Vincent came from private equity and growth investing — he'd helped startups raise hundreds of millions and knew what institutional capital looked for. He left his career to co-found Scribed because he believed the product was real. He led fundraising to ~$600K, shapes the investor narrative, and hosts live webinars twice a week to tell the story himself. What makes them different: they don't just sell a vision. They built the thing, use the thing, and bet their lives on it.

The Honest Conversation
Risk Factors
Every early-stage investment carries risk. We mitigate through architecture, not hype. Risk is not eliminated — it is asymmetric.
Execution Risk
Broad product scope increases engineering complexity and prioritization pressure.
All development centers on one execution loop: meeting → context → task → follow-up → outcome. Features exist only to operationalize meeting output.
Competition Risk
Large incumbents (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) are deeply embedded in customer workflows with distribution advantages.
Scribed targets coordination gaps incumbents don't solve. True unification requires starting from scratch — incumbents would need to re-architect their products entirely.
AI Infrastructure Costs
Compute, storage, and inference costs increase as AI capabilities deepen.
High-cost operations gated by plan tier. Usage monitored per organization. Shared infrastructure under Q6 reduces duplicated spend. Enterprise pricing reflects scale.
Market Education
Not a single-feature product — initial value harder for some buyers to grasp.
Entry led by meeting capture (instant 'aha'). Broader platform value introduced only after immediate ROI is demonstrated. Outcomes-focused messaging, not abstraction.
Timing Risk
AI adoption pacing varies by industry and region.
The problem exists regardless of economic cycles. Fragmentation worsens as AI adoption increases. Context preservation is not optional for AI to work.
AI Hype Fatigue
Organizations growing skeptical of AI products that overpromise.
Messaging anchored in practical outcomes: time saved, work completed, tools replaced, cost reduced. AI positioned as infrastructure, not spectacle.
“We went from juggling Slack, Asana, HubSpot, and Otter to just... Scribed. Our team finally has context instead of chaos. Best part? We're saving $80/month per person.”

The Thesis
If AI Reshapes 70% of Work...
Who owns the system that preserves how work actually happens?
Ecosystem platforms create outsized returns — Scribed is building the ecosystem where humans and AI agents work side by side.
Early believers capture disproportionate upside. Risk is highest early, but so is leverage.
The most valuable companies won't be tools. They'll be ecosystems that preserve how work actually happens, let humans and AI compound effort together, and become embedded — not replaced.
AI adoption is inevitable. Context preservation is not optional for AI to work. Autonomous agents need a unified system to operate in. This is not a feature bet — it's an infrastructure company.
From AI email automation to autonomous agents on dedicated VPSs, Scribed is building every layer of the human-AI work stack — not reacting to disruption, but defining the ecosystem that survives it.
“Human effort should compound, not evaporate.”
— The founding principle of Scribed AI
